Shipping policy

Processing Time: All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10–30 business days
  • Europe & other international destinations: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages 

  • Delayed: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please wait an extra 3 business days (as carrier updates can be delayed), then contact us at support@thesunnystore.com.

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Sunny Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
