Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size/color selection, change of mind, or buyer error. Please review our size charts and order details carefully before placing your order.

EU Customers: Our products are custom-made on demand and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if there is a manufacturing error (e.g., wrong item/size sent compared to your order receipt), we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.

To process your request quickly, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

  2. Provide your Order Number and attach clear photo proof showing the issue/defect.

Please do not mail any items back to us or to the return address on the package unless explicitly instructed by our team. Once verified, we will work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible! 💕
